WhatsApp +92 304 567 9000 is the primary and best booking channel. It gives: the best available rate (no OTA commission), the ability to book any villa or multi-villa configuration, direct communication with the property team for special arrangements, and flexibility for event bookings, date changes, and specific requests.
Yes — individual villas at Himalaya Villas are listed on Airbnb and Booking.com. OTA bookings are appropriate for standard single-villa stays where the OTA's booking guarantee and payment protection are preferred. OTA rates are slightly higher than direct WhatsApp rates due to platform commissions. Multi-villa bookings, full estate events, and special arrangements require direct WhatsApp booking.
The primary contact is WhatsApp +92 304 567 9000. WhatsApp is preferred over voice calls for booking — it creates a written record of the booking details, rates, and arrangements. For urgent same-day enquiries, a call to the same number can be made during business hours.
Send: (1) check-in and checkout dates, (2) number of guests (overnight guests separately from day guests if different), (3) occasion if relevant (anniversary, honeymoon, birthday, corporate retreat, wedding), (4) any specific villa preference. The team will respond with availability and rates.
During business hours (8am-8pm PKT): typically within 1-2 hours. Outside business hours: response by the next morning. For same-day booking enquiries, WhatsApp before 12pm for a same-day response.
A deposit is required to confirm a booking — the amount and payment method are confirmed with the team in the WhatsApp conversation. Availability is only secured upon receipt of deposit.
Dates cannot be formally held without a deposit — another enquiry may take the same dates simultaneously. For high-demand dates (Eid, December holiday week, January snowfall weekends), confirm with deposit as quickly as possible after the rate is agreed.
Per villa — each villa is booked as a unit regardless of how many bedrooms are used. A couple booking the Presidential Suite (2 bedrooms) pays the Presidential Suite rate, not a per-room or per-person rate.
Rates are generally consistent across the year with potential seasonal adjustments for peak periods. Eid dates, December holiday week, and January snowfall weekends may have adjusted rates. Confirm current rates via WhatsApp at enquiry.
No — in-villa dining is a separate cost, quoted and confirmed at the booking stage. Budget approximately PKR 3,000-5,000 per person per day for standard breakfast and dinner.
Standard check-in is 2pm; standard checkout is 11am. Early check-in and late checkout are sometimes available depending on booking adjacency — request at the booking stage.
WhatsApp the property team when you are 30 minutes from Bhurban. A team member will be at the villa to hand over the key and orient you to the estate. Parking on the estate.
Cancellation terms are set in the booking confirmation message. For direct bookings, the team discusses cancellation terms at confirmation. For OTA bookings, the platform's published cancellation policy applies.
