Private Mountain Retreat Near Islamabad — For Government Officials and Diplomats
The requirement of government officials and senior diplomats for mountain retreats near Islamabad is a recognised use case: the proximity of Bhurban (45 minutes), the temperature differential from the capital in summer, and the need for a private, controllable environment all point toward the full estate buyout model.
Himalaya Villas' full estate buyout — all 12 villas, all outdoor spaces, a secured private property with no public access — provides the specific configuration that official security requirements can work with. The property is entirely private when under exclusive booking; no members of the public share the facilities.
