There is no lobby

There is no hotel lobby. No check-in desk with a queue. No porter with a trolley. Villa check-in at Himalaya Villas: the team meets the arriving family at the cedar estate gate, the villa is ready, the cedar garden fire is lit at the pre-agreed timing. The arrival experience is domestic rather than institutional.

There is no shared restaurant

There is no hotel restaurant. No breakfast buffet with strangers. No dinner menu posted at 6pm. Meals at Himalaya Villas are served in the private villa or cedar garden at the guest's pre-agreed timing. The breakfast at 7:30am arrives on the private terrace. The cedar garden dinner at 8pm is served at the outdoor table with the fire beside it.

There is no room service in the hotel sense

Hotel room service is on-demand from a hotel kitchen — call the number, food arrives. In-villa dining at Himalaya Villas is pre-arranged: the meal timing and menu are confirmed via WhatsApp at the booking stage. This requires planning ahead rather than spontaneity — a different model that rewards the guest who engages with it at the booking stage.

There is no swimming pool

Himalaya Villas does not have a hotel pool. The Presidential Suite has a private outdoor jacuzzi — private to the booked group. For guests whose priority is shared pool access: PC Hotel Bhurban (0.5km) has a hotel pool.
