Private Events at Bhurban Cedar Estate — The Complete Occasions Guide

Can I hold a private event at Himalaya Villas Bhurban?

Yes — Himalaya Villas accommodates a full range of private events at the Bhurban cedar estate: Nikah and destination weddings, Walima celebrations, Mehndi evenings, birthday milestones, anniversary celebrations, corporate retreats, Qawwali evenings, family reunions, and Eid gatherings. The cedar garden provides the outdoor event venue; the multiple villas provide accommodation for the event group. All events coordinated via WhatsApp +92 304 567 9000.

The Himalaya Villas cedar estate is one of Pakistan's most distinctive private event venues — a mature cedar forest at 6,800 feet, 47km from Islamabad, with the cedar garden as the natural outdoor event space and 12 private villas as the accommodation for the event group.

The Cedar Garden as an Event Space

What the Cedar Garden Provides

The cedar garden as an event space offers: mature deodar cedar canopy as the overhead 'ceiling' (30-35 metres above), the cedar estate perimeter as natural privacy screening, the cedar garden fire pit as the evening centrepiece, and the mountain air at 6,800 feet as the ambient environment. No tent, no marquee, no hired venue. The cedar garden is the event space.

What the Cedar Garden Cannot Provide

The cedar garden is not a ballroom — it does not have AV infrastructure, a formal stage, or covered seating for 200+ persons. For large formal weddings requiring these elements: PC Hotel Bhurban (0.5km, ballroom with AV) is the adjacent option. The cedar estate is the intimate event venue; PC Hotel is the formal large-scale event venue.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a private event at Himalaya Villas cost?

The event cost at Himalaya Villas has two components: villa accommodation (PKR 39,000-70,000/villa/night depending on villa and number booked) and in-villa/cedar garden catering (confirm at booking stage via WhatsApp). Multi-villa group bookings may qualify for group pricing.

Can I have a Mehndi at Himalaya Villas followed by a Nikah at PC Hotel?

Yes — the Bhurban cedar estate and PC Hotel Bhurban are 0.5km apart. Many groups use Himalaya Villas for the cedar estate elements (Mehndi in the cedar garden, accommodation for the wedding family) and PC Hotel for the formal Nikah ceremony and wedding hall events. The two properties are complementary for different event scales and formats.
